She began her legal career in 2002 as a receptionist, quickly advancing to a Paralegal and Office Manager position for the Law Offices of Michael F. Coley, where she focused on complex medical malpractice and general personal injury cases. Gladis’ ability to rapidly learn and excel in the fast-paced legal environment paved the way for her continued professional growth.
Gladis holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies, graduating with honors. Her academic foundation, coupled with years of hands-on experience, provided her with a thorough understanding of legal research, courtroom procedures, legal ethics, and procedural rules across multiple jurisdictions in both State and Federal Courts.
In 2007, Gladis joined the Law Offices of Charles D. Naylor, where she quickly became an integral part of the team, specializing in maritime law, admiralty law, and Jones Act cases. By 2016, she was promoted to Paralegal Supervisor, overseeing a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation cases, including catastrophic injuries, boating accidents, slip/trip & fall accident aboard vessels, DOHSA cases, auto accidents and premise liability cases. Her unparalleled attention to detail and ability to manage high-stakes litigation cases resulted in improved efficiency and successful outcomes for our clients.
